Engineer Muhammad Yousaf
Managing Director RayBorn
Engineer Muhammad Yousaf is the Founder, Managing Director of RayBorn Energy Private limited. In 2018, Engineer Muhammad Yousaf became national Champion Pakistan of ActInSpace 2018, the event Organized by EASA (European Space Agency) first time in Pakistan as well as in South Asia. He purposed the idea and solution for constellation of satellites.
Prior to RayBorn, he served as Project Manager in the renowned company in solar field and single handedly managed projects of hundreds of kilowatts with ultimate success /on time Delivery and full customer Satisfaction. Engineer Muhammad Yousaf also served at IPPs such as Halmore Power Plant (225 MW CCPP) contracted by GE (General Electric Company of America) and operated by DESCON.He also Served at Saba Power Plant (134 MW RFO). The Company is owned by foreign entities, namely, Coastal Saba Power Company Limited, Mauritius (“Coastal”), Cogen Technologies Saba Capital Company, USA (“Cogen”) and Capco Resources Inc., Canada (“Capco”).
Before Entering the Power Sector, He has the honor of being appointed as Director internal Affairs of BIC (Business Incubation Center) of IST (Institute of Space Technology).
Engineer Muhammad Yousaf graduated from IST (Institute of Space Technology) Islamabad, A prestigious Renowned engineering institute in Pakistan, with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. The Complete R&D projects in his educational carrier includes.

- Real time wireless data transmission
- Washing application controller through DLD (Digital logic Design)
- Real time sound wave transmission analysis using correlation technique on MatLab
- Yagi Antenna design and Transmission through designed prototype
- Wireless data transmission using light through Optoelectronics techniques.
- Human Resource Management at CPL(Chiniot power limited)complete analysis(Engineering management)
Clean Energy Generation (Power Generation) through Advance footstep method using Piezoelectric Sensors. The specific project was based on renewable energy, designing of complete prototype of control circuit for any renewable energy resource using Power Electronics as the key area of research.
The journey started from there reached at the creation of RayBorn Energy.
Engineer Kashif Munir
Operations Director RayBorn
Engineer Kashif Munir is the Founder, Operations Director of RayBorn Energy Private limited. Prior to RayBorn, he served as Operations Engineer in the renowned company in solar field and single handedly managed projects of hundreds of kilowatts with ultimate success /on time Delivery and full customer Satisfaction. Engineer Kashif has also served at Nestle Kabirwala Pakistan and Multan Electric Power Company. His professional experiences includes working at PepsiCo Multan as Plant Maintenance Engineer.
Engineer Kashif Munir graduated from ISP (Institute of Southern Punjab) Multan, A prestigious Renowned engineering institute in Punjab Pakistan, with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
The Complete R&D projects in his educational and professional carrier includes the following areas as he
- Designed interface of components for switchgear, electrical motor, transformer, Direct On-Line (DOL)/Soft Start, Star Delta, Star Delta Reverse forward and integrated high voltage components with low voltage control circuits.
- Responsible for Control System schematic development and troubleshooting of I/O modules, signal conditioners, networking hardware (TCP/IP, Router, LAN), control valves, actuators, temperature sensors, pressure transmitters, flow meters, level transmitters and associated switches.
- Cable Tray System Design, Earthing System design, Lightening Design, Layout Engineering
- Sizing Electrical Equipment, single and three Line Diagram Schematic and Connection Diagram
- Responsible for Working on various activities around Bill of Quantities, Smoke Detector replacements, Lighting and Power Layouts, Establishing Earth Pits. Etc.
- Successfully delivered design and assembly of LV power distribution, motor control, PLC control, Power Factor Panel and instrumentation circuits and systems suitable for industrial plants.
